Ingredients (Capsules to support the body’s defense reactions) per daily dose (2 capsules): propolis powder 1200 mg, turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract 95% 400mg, Indian myrrh tree (Commiphora wightii) extract 300mg, Piperine 10mg, gelatin (capsule)

Adults should take 2 capsules daily.

Ingredients (Mumio-Propolis capsules) per capsule: Propolis powder 400mg, Mumio powder 400mg, (incl. 51.5% fulvic acids), capsule shell (gelatin).

Usage: Adults should take 1-2 capsules (800-1600mg of active ingredient) daily.
